Temporary Program Coordinator Jobs

Oversee upkeep of content management systems and maintain our video database from inputting metadata to proper file organization

Support the curation and delivery of content to a variety of video distribution partners as needed

Provide ad-hoc support for other content-related initiatives and perform other duties as assigned — this team is incredibly cross-functional!

Provide capacity building to grantees on project management and implementation (i.e., proposal development, M&E, budgeting, reporting, gender-responsive programming);

Strong written and verbal skills with experience in report writing;

Offer strategic guidance and technical assistance to grantees as needed;

Graduate degree and two to three years of professional experience in conflict resolution, peace studies, international relations, or other relevant field;

Experience with grantmaking processes, including proposal development, reviewing budgets and working on M&E frameworks;

Knowledge of gender, Women, Peace and Security (WPS), and international relations;

· Experience and comfort with information management, using technology/tools for efficient collection, distribution and archiving

- Work with multiple stakeholders aligning responsibilities and ensuring deadlines are met.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, both written and verbal

· Experience planning and executing events preferred

- Complete a resource audit tracking analytics and developing data supported recommendations.

- Review and select new photos for all documents.

Familiarity and/or experience with ConnectWise Manage

Daily touchpoints with the lead Project Manager via Teams and/or email.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work and/or military experience

Need to be super organized, have great interpersonal skills, a calm demeanor and is also empathetic towards others

One should be detail oriented, reliable, patient and have excellent internal and external communication skills

Familiarity and/or experience with Google Sheets

Perform data entry, research, verification, and cleansing

Monitor experience summaries and information

Administer lawyer assignments in the firm’s experience system to ensure that lawyer updates are reviewed in a timely manner

Teach others how to enter experience summaries, review assignment queues, distribute monthly assignment emails and monitor their work

Excellent analytical and organizational skills required

Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

Recruit and train resident volunteers to manage pantries and food distribution at their sites.

Adhere to confidentiality requirements set forth by Mutual Housing California.

Experience in working in diverse, low-income communities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Work with our site staff to make sure we provide food distribution at Mutual Housing properties.

Coordinate with partners such as the Yolo County Food Bank and Sacramento Food Bank to access food boxes.
