One (1) year experience in Electronic medical records.
Extensive knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Maintains active and discharged records, in all media types, according to State, Federal Law and regulations.
Fax the discipline discharge summaries to the Physicians when patients are discharged from the Agency.

0-1 years related work experience required.
Independence of Action: Ability to follow general instructions and procedures as provided. Work is monitored by supervisor/manager.
May operate and maintain moderate to complex lab equipment such as spectrophotometer, flow cytometer, etc.
May assist with planning specific research procedures and coordinating schedules of tests and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field required.
