Telecommunications Operator Overnight Jobs

Experience in data entry and general operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 7 preferred.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Knowledge of medical  terminology preferred but not required

Strong communication skills via phone and email is required.

Customer service experience in an office environment preferred.

Must be able to work in a team setting.

Assist callers with patient information regarding visiting hours, room and telephone extensions.

Monitor operation of telephones and page equipment and ensuring equipment is repaired in a timely manner.

Report safety and security violations and enforce all emergency procedures during fire and disaster conditions.

The Switchboard Operator Overnight will:

Schedule: per diem, Overnight: 11p-7a every other Friday, Saturday and every other holiday

Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employees

Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: One plus year(s) experience as a Telecommunications or customer service coordinator in a high volume hospitality environment

Follows New Hire Training and ongoing Star Service Competency programs in accordance with Loews policy

Answers phones in a polite professional manner

1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently

Job Related Duties and Key Responsibilities

Responsible for operating Filler/Packaging/Box-forming/Palletizing, Forklift and all other production/manufacturing equipment.

Supply line with raw materials as needed.

Load/Unload packaged goods onto trailers.

Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employees
