Technology Service Engineer Jobs

Experience Microsoft Endpoint Manager leveraging Autopilot or MDM management

Windows and iOS devices including packaging and patch management

SaaS/Hardware Inventory, Asset Management and Lifecycle Management

Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Security & Compliance Center, Microsoft 365 and OneDrive

Okta Administration (SSO, SCIM, group management, etc) and integrations

Microsoft Endpoint Manager supporting various device platforms (Windows/iOS/Mac/Windows365) through corporate enrollment (Autopilot/Apple Business Manager)

Strong leadership and team management skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Manage the service parts spare pool inventory and updates to parts as technology changes in the locations.

Manage Technology End of Life initiatives as assigned to meet scope, timeline, and budget.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or related field, including experience in managing technology and vendor relationships

Coordinates with Program Management Office (PMO) and College Project Team (CPT) staff contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, consultants and College staff

Manages and directs contractors and outside consultants including reviewing and approving invoices

Experience with installation of IT, networking, access control, and or audio visual systems

Experience on Division of State Architect (DSA) projects.

Experience on large public works programs.

Professional Engineer License (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or similar credentials

Coordinates with Program Management Office (PMO) and College Project Team (CPT) staff contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, consultants and College staff

Manages and directs contractors and outside consultants including reviewing and approving invoices

Experience with installation of IT, networking, access control, and or audio visual systems

Experience on Division of State Architect (DSA) projects.

Experience on large public works programs.

1 to 5 years of experience in Mobile software engineering

Excellent communication and Customer Service skills

Demonstrated knowledge of mobility architectures across many mobile technologies.

Experience in a HealthCare environment

Salary Range: $41.6100 - $63.9700 /hour
