Salary Range: $41.6100 - $63.9700 /hour
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Mobility Management Engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of consulting on, architecting, and configuring Mobile Device environments for client mobility solutions. This includes mobile-relate deleted hardware, software, network, security, and enterprise back-end integrations.

Sets up and manages day-to-day mobile systems: Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). Provides daily support of upgrades, fixes, and the implementation of new devices and solutions. As part of the Mobility Management Engineer team, works under the guidance of the Sr Mobility Management Engineer to complete MDM-related tasks and projects accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Configures/installs/troubleshoots software issues related to the installation and maintenance of MDM products. Collaborates to assists with root cause analysis and design solutions. Has excellent customer service skills and communicates well to a variety of user skill levels.

Education and Experience
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Mobile software engineering
Preferred:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobility architectures across many mobile technologies.
  • Experience in a HealthCare environment
Licenses Preferred
  • VCDX-EUC 2022
