Must hold both Registered Rad Tech certifications, CT (Computed Tomography X-ray), required.

Two (2) years CT experience preferred in a hospital or ED setting-

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Be responsible for appropriate operation of all CT Imaging and related equipment.

Appropriately educate, position, immobilize and perform CT procedures.

2 years experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center performing pediatric and adult CT scans.

Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist school or program.

California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

Requires ARRT (CT) Certification within six months of hire.

A minimum one (1) year of previous experience in acute care settings required.

Ability to perform job duties in a safe, reliable, responsible, and timely fashion.

Knowledge of related Radiology systems (list few examples).

Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Reviews patient history, physician's orders and does scheduling.
