• Experience in HCM systems and related data management and vendor management systems

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Prefer 5 years of HR/system experience (preferred in a complex environment)

• Able to manage and coordinate external and internal partners.

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

All personnel will perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities at times.

Perform all duties as required to operate the refining process in a safe and efficient manner.

Complete the necessary paperwork required in the record keeping of the refining process.

Communicate any process problems that may occur to the fellow refinery operators and participate in resolving these problems.

Complete accurate documentation required in the record keeping of production.

Maintain designated sanitary schedule to SDSP standards.
