Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of workflow while multitasking effectively.

Working remotely from home office

Providing support oversight for compliance with applicable state and federal statutory requirements.

Participating in annual internal I9 audit on active and inactive I9s for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.

Performing additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Possess a minimum of one to three years of job experience, preferably in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Legal Immigration.

Responsible for providing expert personal support to employees and managers across multiple lines of business and country locations.

Take ownership in the employee experience and contribute directly to the company culture for all employees.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience

Experience with CRM system (ServiceNow is preferred)

Ensure employee inquiries are properly researched and handled in the most complete and professional way.

Connect with employees by phone and email to explore their needs and determine level of support required.

• Experience in HCM systems and related data management and vendor management systems
