• Configuring Technician curriculum and certification requirements in the Learning Management System

Associate Technical Training Coordinator in Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid or Remote)

Use the Learning Management System (LMS), to track, assign, coordinate and create training reports.

Prior experience as an EMT and can leverage background technical skillset do conduct technical trainings and validate understanding

Facilitate training to manage and maintain Maintenance processes with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity within Fremont - CM.

Able to understand and relay knowledge of updated processes and documentation content

In-depth knowledge of MOS (Manufacturing Operating System) transactions in accordance with operation policies to allow for accurate tracking of production processes

Monitoring the certification system (Versatility Chart) and certification input for the Maintenance Team.

Knowledge of high leverage practices (HLP) and experience embedding HLP into content areas to enhance effective instructional and inclusive practices;

Proven experience in collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and leading teams and professional learning groups;

Knowledge of and experience implementing multi-tiered systems of support and high leverage practices frameworks.

Experience with developing, implementing and evaluating strategic action plans to accomplish short and long-term projects; and

Experience using data for decision-making, informing instructional practices and determining outcomes and future planning for continuous learning.

This is a full time, 12-month administrative/professional faculty position. Flexible/remote work location is allowable.
