Job Description

LTD (Logic Technology Development) creates the next generation of technologies that will touch the lives of people the world over for decades to come. We are looking for a program/project manager to focus on culture, safety and operation project management and infrastructure development within IPPO to accelerate our journey to get ahead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our many programs through creation of materials and ensuring delivery through multiple internal channels such as emails, articles, newsletters, social network and digital signs.
  • Developing new creative storytelling platforms to effectively update LTD team members.
  • Supervising the planning, organizing, and publicizing of LTD meetings, open forums, award ceremonies, employee functions and celebrations, and consulting with senior managers and local public officials regarding applicable messaging and logistics.
  • Assisting managers and leaders in crafting clear messages, reviewing materials intended for internal and external release to ensure that they represent the best interests of the group as well as Intel and are consistent with the established company public relations objectives and policies.
  • Defining and implementing clear goals and strategy that furthers LTD's cultural and operational implementations
  • Designing and managing virtual/hybrid/physical event production.
  • Overseeing the design, writing and dissemination of newsletters, in-house publications, websites and web-based communications, opinion surveys, email comms, AV comms, as well as virtual/hybrid/physical event production.


Candidates for this role will possess exceptional written skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into their simplest components and convey with clarity across a diverse audience. They will be adept at developing a clear and compelling platform that energizes, excites, and motivates LTD's highly technical audience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Fast Self-learner with the capability to support general managers (GMs), Vice Presidents (VPs) and senior staff members
  • Excellent social media knowledge and skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong Graphics skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills coupled with the ability to work across teams and organizations.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Business degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or STEM degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Project management, Employee or corporate internal or external communications, executive communications, public relations, or writing and editing.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field.
  • Understanding and/or experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in technical communications, a technical background or a technical degree is a plus
  • Experience in project management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
