Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills

Work with brewing manager to ensure the production schedule is followed

Work with brewing manager to monitor ingredient inventories

Mix tea and herbs based on Brew Dr. formulations

Ensure all batches are weighed correctly and brewing SOPs are followed

Clean out brewing and fermentation tanks

Work with prescribed cleaning chemicals, based upon established protocol, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

Assist in the maintenance and requirement of raw material and process material inventories.

1-5 years commercial brewing experience strongly preferred.

Skills in statistical analysis and production software.

Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Maintain sanitary standards for the microbial integrity of the products.
