5+ years in multiple human resources disciplines such as talent acquisition, management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits management.

Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Executive Leadership, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Human Resources, Information Technology, Manufacturing/Operations Management.

Master’s degree in human resources management or business administration preferred.

Human resources certification(s), such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS preferred.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management including contract negotiations.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Obtain qualified applicants for management interview through direct and controlled employment and recruiting programs.

Work with senior management to develop recruiting strategies across two growing companies.

Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership & hiring managers.

· The Ideal candidate will have recruiting experience with manufacturing and/or specialized trades.

Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team are satisfied customers.

Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates.
