The annual base pay salary for this role is between $108,872.22 and $125,000.00.

What skills you will need

Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.

Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.

Performs Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift.

Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.

Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.

Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.

Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events

Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction

Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Maintains regular and punctual attendance

5+ years in multiple human resources disciplines such as talent acquisition, management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits management.

Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Executive Leadership, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Human Resources, Information Technology, Manufacturing/Operations Management.

Master’s degree in human resources management or business administration preferred.

Human resources certification(s), such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS preferred.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Previous service experience in a luxury hotel, resort or fine dining restaurant preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
