A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is required.

Working proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database, web content management, online survey, and desktop publishing computer software applications is required.

Working knowledge of policies pertaining to graduate students is desired.

Some knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures and regulations is desired.

Specific Job Duties And Tasks

Organize and coordinate graduate student professional development seminars and workshops by confirming speakers, scheduling classrooms, and distributing information.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent management or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Program manage for Night's strategy team to deliver on talent success initiatives.

Continuously analyze and improve Night's talent offering to ensure it stays competitive.

Collaborate closely with Night's talent managers and various stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent service.
