Talent Experience Insights Manager Jobs

Apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet project goals.

Manage Partner Resources (HR) projects in accordance with available Starbucks established project and program management methodologies.

Remain current on project management standards and methodologies.

2+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.

Understand and manage project stakeholder community.

Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading high performing, often globally distributed teams.

Project or program management experience

Own and manage a mixed-methods member experience measurement program, including both quantitative and qualitative research

Develop strategies to address key customer experience metrics: churn, NPS, customer effort score, etc.

Prototype and design end-to-end experiences for Devoted Health members across channels: mail, phone, SMS, email, member portal, etc.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage chaos by creating organized processes

Excellent storytelling and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and identify big-picture themes and opportunities

5 years experience in consultancy, HR program management, Analytics similar roles with a Bachelor's degree preferred

Project Management and UX Design certifications a plus

Promote DEI efforts throughout all talent management initiatives

Experience/knowledge of PowerBI or similar BI tools
