Apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet project goals.

Manage Partner Resources (HR) projects in accordance with available Starbucks established project and program management methodologies.

Remain current on project management standards and methodologies.

2+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.

Understand and manage project stakeholder community.

Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading high performing, often globally distributed teams.

Talent Management experience is required.

Define, build, and drive Banfield’s Talent Management and Learning strategy agenda.

Create of effective organizational development, talent management, and learning strategies ensuring successful Associate development, performance management, and succession planning.

Oversee the execution of performance management processes and tools and lead the design of all talent review processes and practices.

Eight or more years of experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, and/or Adult Education are required.
