They must be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software. They must be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide technical support to users. They must be able to configure and manage networks, including LANs, WANs, and VPNs. They must be able to monitor system performance and ensure that all systems are running efficiently.
