Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Imaging desktops and laptops using SCCM

Support for MS Office and Windows 10

Installing and configuring of hardware and software

Configuring of cell phones (iPhone, Android)

Attend team meetings and capture minutes and actions items for input into the team management system

Work with the PM and Program Task Leads to collect and report on data partner performance metrics

Build an approved, documented and repeatable process for collecting, analyzing and reporting data partner performance metrics

Shadow PM activities with a focus on planning

Maintain a high level WBS and Data partner tracking report

Junior/Senior year of studies preferred
