System Operations Specialist Jobs

BS degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field required.

2-3 years of experience supporting durable goods engineering, quality, safety, or statistical analysis.

4-5 years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.

Experience with Python and SQL. Additionally, experience with SAS programming language is strongly desired.

Experience working with and creating relational databases.

Experience with Text Categorization and building semantic models using SAS Visual Text Analytics and/or open-source solutions

Communicate and interface with management and clients, professionally and accurately

Assists the manager in all elements of design, documentation, testing, project plan and implementation / conversion for enhancements and new modules

Configure client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text, and documents

Integrate My Benefit Express™ and client systems, including data migration and assessing system compatibility

Data import design and implementation

Data analysis & audit (often from various sources)

16. Performs other job-related responsibilities as requested.

REQUIRED 3-4 years of experience in supply chain or inventory analysis

DESIRED Six Sigma Certification or Lean Certification

Physical Requirements/Demands Of The Position:

1. Responsible for TECSYS system operating health within the CSC including RF hardware used within the facility.

REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in a related field

Direct knowledge of engine emissions certification and compliance processes

4 or more years of work experience with regulations or industry standards relating to engines, vehicles, or manufacturing.

6 or more years of work experience with an engine, automotive, or off-road machinery engineering function

3 or more years of experience providing clear written and verbal communications to external audiences

2 or more years of experience planning/coordinating project activities

Experience with heavy-duty vehicle or off-road engine emission regulations

Solve high priority tickets for finance and support.

Salesforce user experience or admin experience

Effectively manage the day-to-day de-duping scenarios and recommend new ones
