Overview Switchboard Operator Supervisor is responsible for supervising the switchboard operators and ensuring that all calls are handled in a professional and efficient manner. The supervisor is also responsible for training new switchboard operators, monitoring the performance of existing operators, and providing feedback and guidance as needed. Detailed Job Description Switchboard Operator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the switchboard. This includes monitoring the performance of the switchboard operators, providing feedback and guidance, and training new operators. The supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that all calls are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise and ensuring that the switchboard is properly maintained. Job Skills Required
