At this healthcare facility, the Switchboard Operator is the voice of the facility warmly greeting and efficiently routing each incoming call from both inside and outside of the hospital. Beacon Hill Switchboard Operators are true customer service professionals who inherently love to help others and are happy to help callers get to their correct destination with a smile.

In this role, you'll be responsible for all the incoming phone calls for a busy healthcare facility. You'll showcase your exceptional communication skills and your ability to remain calm under pressure daily as you route calls to their correct destination efficiently. This role is also responsible for monitoring and quickly/accurately responding to the hospital emergency codes.

The Shifts For This Role Are

Mon 3pm - 11pm

Wed 3pm - 11pm

Thur 3pm - 11pm

Fri 11pm - 7am

Sat 11pm - 7am

You'll Have

• Strong computer skills
• The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
• A history of wow-ing guests with your customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Previous switchboard experience a big plus
