International credit experience with solid knowledge of credit limit evaluation processes is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Seven years of progressive experience, including one year of supervisory responsibility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Mitigate risks by analyzing financial statements and credit limits and setting payment terms accordingly.

Establishing a strategy for sales, news and promotion to maximize ratings and revenue.

Establishing systems for effective communications within the staff.

Setting goals for each department and communicating progress.

Ensuring all systems are in place for maximum efficiency for the work force and expenditure of money.

Interacting with the local community to see that our news and programming reflects the needs and interests of our residents.

Communicating with FTS home office on a regular basis regarding business strategies and budget analyses.

Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks related to Counterparty Credit Risk management or another Financial Risk discipline

Interact with the respective senior management across ICG, in order to ensure that quality assurance protocols are adequate for all portfolios

Update and create QAR templates and continuously improve processes and infrastructure by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills

Accountable for leading the Quality Assurance team which is responsible for execution of the following:
