Sustainable Packaging Data Analyst I Jobs

Working closely under the supervision of Manager of Data Science for the understanding of the Customer’s analytical problem.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with emphasis on analytics, data Science, or business analytics.

Experience and proficiency in data visualization techniques.

Advanced skill in analytics tools, database technologies, and SQL is required.

Prior experience with business intelligence or data visualization software

Experience using cloud data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, etc..).

RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Work closely with product owner, development team, and the data and analytics team to flesh out requirements and solution design

Possess bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/technical training

1-3 years of experience Data Analysis, Business Intelligence/Data visualization or related experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills and keen attention to detail

Proven experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tool

Support the Strategic Management Initiative by managing all aspects of the development process.

Manage projects through Technical Packaging to ensure design and construction meets all Estee Lauder engineering requirements.

Suggest tooling strategy to support both preliminary forecast and weekly rate of production requirements.

With the assistance of senior development, provide detailed component timelines including all package development tasks and manage them.

Establish workload priorities to ensure all projects are managed within expected due dates.

Work with GBSC and GSR to manage specific project development and provide detail analysis on risk when required.

Excellent data gathering and analytical skills;

Some experience with data visualization methods and approaches;

Experience working with large data sets to distill information and present to all levels of organizational leadership;

Conducts detail-oriented tasks and analysis of projects independently with support from program managers/SMEs.

Works with program managers/SMEs in the development of metrics to identify trends in training and other integraldata.

Experience with neuroimaging principles and techniques, including the processing of imaging data.

Analyze reporting requirements, study existing reports for layout, formula and calculations, derived values, restrictions, attributes, and variants.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, GoogleCharts, or FusionCharts

Develop and establish reporting to track and maintain operations. Up-to-date monitoring of operations with the goal of implementing continuous improvements.

Provide day to day operational support and troubleshooting for applications.

Translating research questions into analytic plans

Programming statistical code in SAS and/or Stata;

Linking multiple national databases at the county and state levels

Analyzing data, including medical and pharmacy claims data and clinical data

Conducting valid statistical tests and statistical models using multivariable logistic and Poisson regression;

Assisting with data visualization and communicating findings in presentations and manuscripts.

2 or more years of experience, within the past 5 years providing data analysis/data analytical procedures for a DOD agency.

Current experience in conducting data collection activities including data analysis methodology, data validation techniques, and quality assurance for IT support systems.

Desired - Prior TECOM experience.

Desired - Experience in Joint and Combined operations, inter-agency operations, or combat development/defense acquisition

Experienced and proficient with Advanced Excel (pivots and/or macros), Microsoft Power BI (or Tableau), and Microsoft PowerPoint

Proven analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics
