CEI's client in the energy sector is actively searching for a dedicated Data Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities:

As an Administrative and Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's operations and decision-making by effectively managing data, generating reports, and facilitating various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work Request Management: Utilize Excel and other software tools to assign work requests efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate task assignments.
  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company protocols.
  • Data Handling and Analysis: Extract remediation data from SAP and update both Excel spreadsheets and SAP systems. Perform data scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Communication and Reporting: Monitor the mailbox for incoming reports and requests, ensuring prompt handling. Review incoming reports and requests, updating the management team accordingly.
  • Quality Control and Administrative Support: Enter QA/QC information and generate relevant reports to ensure data quality. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to efficient operations.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Prepare reports based on collected data, highlighting key insights for decision-making. Run monthly metrics and compile associated reports for performance evaluation.


Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and software tools.

Strong command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Basic understanding of creating and formatting reports.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Demonstrated analytical skills for data interpretation.

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced functions, etc.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.

Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.

  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Personable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Education and Certifications: No specific education or certifications required.
