Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with vendors, customers, and third parties in a professional manner.

Pioneer a mill-based sustainability effort focusing on water, energy, and waste within Facilities.

Focus on partnering with suppliers and customers to drive sustainability goals, objectives, and strategies; creates and implements plans for related projects.

Evaluates sustainability initiatives considering factors such as cost, feasibility, and impact.

Prefer five years' experience in Agriculture Production, working with Ag Retailers and/or Agronomists.

Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse internal and external customer base.

Demonstrated skill in organization, planning, listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience using software applications i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
