Job Description
Monroe Tractor is on a mission to keep you working. We challenge ourselves to “Solve Problems”, “Embrace Teamwork”, “Work Hard”, and “Always do what’s right”

Since our founding in 1951, the industries we serve have been transformed by the technologies, equipment and capabilities undreamed of decades ago. But the people we serve haven’t changed, and neither have we. We’re still a family owned business, and we’re WBE-certified. With 18 locations throughout New York State and New England, we’re growing and are looking for motivated people to join our team!

As a company we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done, and customer experience is at the forefront of all things that we do. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love for construction and agriculture and a desire to advance both industries for generations to come. This role requires high energy, initiative, and deep understanding of the customer journey. To be successful you must have a customer-first approach, thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a creative and flexible mindset. We’re looking for someone who loves people and is excited to take every opportunity to over deliver when it comes to delighting and interacting with our Monroe Tractor customers.

As a Product Specialist you will be responsible for driving Agriculture Technology Systems (machine control) sales and providing sales support to our stores in your assigned territory.
