Help farmers learn about Farmers Business Network and how other FBN business lines can help their farm.

Methods and practices of modern office management.

Principles and practices of program management and administration.

Bring experience working in a local agency or at the local level.

Demonstrate experience navigating complex situations to advance ambitious sustainability outcomes.

Principles and practices of public administration and governmental finance, budgeting, and accounting.

Experience in the oil and energy industry preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of global sustainability standards and regulations

Develop strategies to improve sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of oil and energy projects

Utilize simulation and modeling (energy and material balances, utilities and catalysts)

Proven project management abilities with a track record of leading successful sustainability initiatives.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, certifications (such as Cradle to Cradle, FSC, etc.), and industry best practices related to sustainability.

Lead the development of educational programs and training sessions to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability practices among HCT's employees.

5-7 years of professional experience in sustainability, preferably within the cosmetics beauty industry or related sectors.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex sustainability concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects

Sustainability Specialist Program Manager or Energy Analyst

Maintain strong relationships with clients, and all divisions within OGS as well as building relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Oversee project or consultant teams as they conduct research, expert interviews, data gathering and analysis.

Communicate effectively, identify, and mitigate risks and assure that decisions are made timely to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Supervise multi-discipline project teams and projects/programs as they relate to environmental initiatives, resiliency, and sustainability.
