Survey Data Analyst Jobs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE

Coursework related to statistics, research design, or survey methodology; or demonstrated work experience in similar fields

Very strong quantitative, data analysis, and problem solving skills

Bachelor's Degree in social science (political science, sociology, economics, etc.), statistics, applied public policy or similar field; or equivalent work experience

Experience with research methods, including survey design and statistical evaluation of data in a work or academic setting

Experience using SPSS, Stata, R or other statistical package

Work with datasets (e.g., run frequencies, compute means), manage datasets, and assist in data cleaning

Ensure full compliance with all contract requirements, schedules, and provisions

Possess strong writing and analytic skills

Communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients

Mathematical skills to process complex calculations

Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Possess adequate M365 Microsoft skills, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneNote

Able to work in a Hybride and/or Remote environment

Offshore experience in geophysical data processing

Python or other programming abilities

Collaborating with our public and private partners to design and implement programs and policies to support people with disabilities

Assisting project leadership with managerial tasks including task planning and oversight, progress reporting, and cost tracking and budget estimates

Master's or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a social science or related field

Familiarity and experience with data col

Studying the effects of multi payer delivery system innovations on health care access, quality, health outcomes, and costs

Strong organizational skills and project management skills

Knowledge of project management, marketing, market demand analysis

An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered (Bachelor's + 4 years of related experience)

Knowledge and experience with Qualtrics

2 years of experience developing, administering, and analyzing survey results

Ability to work independently, handle responsibilities in a timely manner with very little direct supervision

Assisting project leadership with managerial tasks including task planning and oversight, progress reporting, and cost tracking and budget estimates

Roles And Responsibilities Typically Include

Studying the effects of multi payer delivery system innovations on health care access, quality, health outcomes, and costs

Conducting analysis and studies on COVID-19 impacts on patient populations and provider services

Designing and testing data collection instruments, and conducting pretests and cognitive interviews

Perform audits on records as outlined per client obligations and to ensure quality of data entry

2+ years experience as a customer service representative in an outbound call center environment.

1+ years experience as a Quality Monitor is preferred.

Knowledge in auditing, internal audit standards, fraud awareness, and professional ethical standards

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain knowledge on cross-trained positions and of all product lines

Knowledge of questionnaire development, survey management and documentation, experience with descriptive and multivariate statistical models using complex survey designs

At least two years of full-time work experience with data analysis and survey development and management

Experience in data quality control and data management of survey data

Strong technical skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and database management

Knowledge of research protocols and documentation required by the Institutional Review Board (IRB)

Experience with analyzing weighted survey data and particularly longitudinal weighted data analysis preferred
