The Surgery Nurse Director is also responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with other departments and medical staff. Detailed Job Description The Surgery Nurse Director is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the surgical nursing staff. This includes providing clinical and administrative oversight, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. The Surgery Nurse Director is also responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with other departments and medical staff.
