Support Operations Principal Jobs

Preventive Capabilities Management: Oversee and optimize preventive security technologies, including DLP, CASB, Crowdstrike XDR, and others to mitigate potential threats

Security Operations Leadership: Provide mentorship, direction, and guidance to enhance our security capabilities associated with monitoring, detection, and response

Endpoint Protection: Implement and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions to protect our endpoints from advanced threats and intrusions

Threat Hunting: Proactively search for and identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, staying ahead of emerging attack vectors

Proven experience managing security investigations and implementing security best practices within AWS environments

Demonstrated knowledge of preventive security technologies such as DLP, CASB, Crowdstrike XDR, as well as their integration into security operations

You have at least 4 years of operations experience - in consulting, recruiting operations, and/or HR operations.

You have prior experience in recruiting operations and/or in human capital consulting.

In past roles, you’ve demonstrated close attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Support a team of talent operating partners, who are charged with scaling our portfolio companies with the best people.

Lay the foundation for our portfolio companies’ recruitment processes.

Implement systems (e.g., sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems) that provide for our companies’ unique talent needs.

Maintains strong customer-focused relationships with TFB leadership, Product & Technology, Finance and Enterprise Portfolio Management and Delivery teams.

7-10 years Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Required)

Technical Project Management Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints in a matrixed environment. (Required)

Cross Functional Relationships Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Required)

Owns end-to-end product portfolio management and value proposition.

Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

5+ years VMWare experience in a large scale virtual environment

3+ years of Automation Experience with Ansible (preferred), Chef, Puppet, Terraform, or Robotics Process Automation platform.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.

Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions

3 + years in Converged and Hyper converged technologies deployments,

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Leads in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of report suites and dashboards for all levels of CalOptima Health management.

Develops return on investment and business case analyses for program initiatives under consideration by management.

Provides clinical and utilization analysis to assist Medical Management with improving outcomes and quality of care for CalOptima Health members.

8 years of experience working with health care finance reporting and analytics required.

Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for the department.

Shares expert knowledge, mentors, trains and serves as a lead for analytical staff.

Relationship management with business partners and management of system related projects from idea to implementation.

6+ years’ experience: Customer Service, Financial Services Operations or Related

In lieu of degree – 8+ years’ experience: Customer Service, Financial Services Operations or Related
