Research best practices and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and programs related to supporting educator development;

Design and implement data collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting for the Office of Teacher and Leader Development;

Provide reports including tables, visualizations, and written analysis of data to assist program staff;

Provide research and support to workgroups, both internal and external, on topics related to teacher and school leader development;

Assist in the preparation of reports for the Board of Regents, Commissioner, and Department leadership, as needed; and

Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

One (1) or more years of experience working with individuals with disabilities

Interviews individuals with disabilities to obtain information and provides referral services.

Five (5) or more years of experience providing advance level administrative assistance to professional level staff
