Supply And Logistics Analyst Jobs

Global Transportation Management System (GTMS) experience preferred

Manage and execute tracking and tracking shipments for various transportation modes that including truckload, LTL, cross-border, Parcel, and Air

Assist with local export requirements as needed (AES, legalization, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree equivalence in Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics preferred or comparable experience

At least 4 years' experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain

Analytics Software knowledge (Tableau, Power BI)

4-5 years of experience in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with management.

Allocate appropriate resources to achieve targets and promptly communicate any challenges to management.

Report any inventory discrepancies to management immediately.

Foster employee development through coaching, training, and the Performance Management Process.

Assist with various projects and tasks associated with the Diamond Division as requested by management.

Ability to move at a moderate to fast pace with a lot of walking every day

Assist with efficiency projects to ensure best practices with shipping and inventory management

Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Work closely with manager to help reach team goals

3-5 years of experience in similar role

2-3 years minimum Supervisor/Team-lead experience

Medical device training/clinical experience is an asset

Working understanding of supply chain planning, inventory and materials management

BS and 10+ years experience or MS and 8+ years experience

Direct experience working in a development or technical operations environment in the pharmaceutical, scientific or health care product industry

Experience in managing cross-functional aspects of project delivery

IT Savvy – demonstrated experience working with technical IT systems

Specific experience in supply chain planning or clinical trials supply

Must have knowledge of inventory management and point of use inventory systems.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

At least five years of managerial or supervisory experience required.

Three years of experience related to logistics and supply chain experience required.

Hospital logistics and supply chain experience preferred.

Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills required.
