Experience with collaboration and management tools (Miro, Lucidchart , Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus

Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance

Minimum of 1 year experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills

Perform emergent production demand requirements mitigation

Produce Timely Metrics to support Program/Customer requirements

Must be technically skilled and capable to make all comments during fit sessions

Must be organized and manage time well in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat or other related technical experience

Design trend right, saleable product to drive sales applicable to and underwear

Additional supply chain education, training and/or certification through Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCS) and/or professional organizations.

Familiarity with large datasets, understanding of data analysis workflows, and/or knowledge of querying languages such as SQL.

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as Random Forests, SVM, neural networks, etc.

Minimum 10 years exp, Need Strong Supply Chain Background

Self-motivated individual who functions well solo and within a team.

Ability to use open-source languages and/or algorithms for model development.

Effectively manage and leverage team’s talent, skills, and abilities to drive department strategies and develop future leaders for the organization.

Lead cross functional change management and bolt-on innovation (software, robotics, RFID,ect.)

Leadership experience with Continuous improvement/Lean methodologies [Certification Preferred].

Identify and resolve highly complex supply chain problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions.

Improve/develop organization talent to drive current and future skills/capability needs

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 5 years managing complex supply chain projects

Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the internet and using PC and Windows-based software (Microsoft Office)

Bachelors degree, preferably in communications or marketing or an additional 2 years of equivalent industry-related business experience in lieu of degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to read, speak, type and understand English

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and/or in a diverse team environment

Three years of retail and/or consumer service experience

One year of leadership experience

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of post-secondary education will be considered a plus
