Demonstrated work experience in resource management, project management, and/or customer service

Champion the resource management function and workflows within Esri Professional Services

5+ years of professional work experience in a similar position, or supporting similar responsibilities

Interest in and ability to learn and understand high-level technical requirements and translate into skills required to staff work

Analyze data from various reports on resource demand vs. availability, staff over allocations, skill gaps, billability metrics, and more

• Drive the completion of ad-hoc requests from executive management and business partners

• Execute on identified transformational opportunities for Business Management process improvement

• Design a library of job aids, procedures and process maps for Business Management inclusive of controls

5+ years of direct communications experience with internal employee communications or corporate communications

• Previous experience facilitating and organizing large meetings utilizing MS Teams and Live Events platforms

• Experience leading efforts around employee survey action planning

·Vendor management and negotiation skills

Overseeing and assist with managementof developing our North American production with suppliers based in the region

Component procurement and stock management
