Supply Chain Contracts Admin Jobs in Minnesota

Degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or similar / relevant field.

Manage onboarding of new contractors by handling NDAs, MSAs, and other prequalification paperwork.

Direct, organize, and contribute to business case presentations for executive management to support contract execution.

Partner with Project Management, Construction, and Development teams to implement strategy and support delivery of projects on time and under budget.

5+ years of professional experience in supply chain or procurement functions including at least 3 years in renewable energy.

Demonstrated experience in supply chain analysis including drafting and formulating contracts, bidding, negotiating, and administering major purchase orders.

5+ years of experience in supply chain management and/or strategic sourcing management

Experience with the Construction/Building Material industry is highly preferred, but not required

Have superior analytical, influencing, and communication skills

Must have sound negotiating skills

Experience in writing master specification using CSI format is preferred, but not required
