o 3rd Party Auditor (3PA) management in the lab- 1 point of contact for a vendor.

3 years of related experience

Experience working in lab preferred

Food Science or Poultry Degree preferred

Serve as Onsite Lab Leader for Supplier Quality and Safety (SQS) team

o Quality Assurance (QA) Lab main point of contact for CFA staff

5+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management

Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

Must be able to manage in a virtual environment

5+ years of experience working with quality systems

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering or similar technical field of Study or equivalent experience.

Monitor, review and conduct sub-contractor audits in liaison with supplier development.

Monitor warranty procedures including investigation, root-cause, corrective action and follow-up to ensure that continuous improvement is occurring.

Create new quality methodologies for implementation in support of business unit strategic initiatives.

Good understanding of Quality & Food Safety and Material Quality management standards & legislation.

Understanding of HACCP / Quality Management Systems and auditing techniques (LRQA lead auditor course is a prerequisite).

Work remotely across multiple countries

Higher Education (Science / Food Science Technology or related area).
