Job Description

Responsibilites

One of our biggest Aerospace clients is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist sitting local to Wichita, KS. They will be performing supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers' products and services, quality systems, special processes, meet purchase contract requirements and applicable regulatory agency and government regulations. They will also be

managing suppliers that support various component exchange and services programs.

You will Develop and execute business plans, quality requirements reviews, quality improvement plans all to improve supplier performance. They will also be providing education and coaching on the Quality System and developing relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and suppliers.

Qualifications

3+ years Aircraft Inspection experience

Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends when necessary, and Travel 50% of the time.

Experience with AS9100 and AS9110

Experience in auditing principles

US Person

Plusses

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience with production (PC700) supplier quality requirements

Experience working with Measuring Equipment and Metal Bonds

Experience working with a globally diverse team
