3 + years of experience in a technical area such as R&D product development, quality systems, laboratory management, manufacturing, or engineering

2+ years of experience with direct supplier chain quality management

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Remote - USA (Remote Work with business travel) is a possibility for the right candidate.

Review and validate Ok to Ship checklist to ensure that all parts meet expectations according to product requirements.

Responsible for supplier audits to ensure all parts and assemblies meet performance, delivery, and reliability expectations according to product requirements.

Experience in Quality Systems: APQP and PPAP. Experience on AIAG.

5+ years’ experience in supporting interior and/or exterior commodities.

Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail to grant “Ok to Ship” Parts approval.

Bachelor’s degree required (Area of Study: Application Development, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related degree is preferred)

Manage the status of defects/changes and provide updates to the team daily

Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes; Promptly bring serious defects to the attention of the Development Lead/Product Manager.

4 years of automated and manual testing experience

Basic experience with cloud concepts, programming languages and SQL

Experience in software, financial services, actuarial science and/or insurance underwriting industry

3+ years of experience in automated testing web applications

1+ years of QA Lead or similar experience

Strong problem solving and diagnosing skills

Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and build automation

Experience with unit testing tools

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate with customers and management team.

Minimum 8 -10 years of software quality assurance experience.

Excellent test resource planning, organizational, and test scheduling skills.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude & excellent collaboration skills.

Ability to produce effective creative and software test plans and test cases.

Proven ability to provide project estimates and work-breakdown schedules.
