Supervisor Outpatient Program Jobs

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, or a related field

Must be actively pursuing BCBA certification

Knowledgeable of Applied Behavioral Analysis, assessments, and report writing

Program Supervisors are responsible for developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing education and training for client caregivers.

Must be enrolled in an ABA Master's program (BCBA)

Ability to travel to and work in multiple program service areas

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Demonstrates the ability to present information in a clear, concise and effective manner to staff, and management.

Attends continuing education seminars and workshops; maintains current knowledge.

Monitors inventory of supplies. Places orders and receives stocks supplies. Demonstrates appropriate management of financial resources.

Assist manager with assigned duties/responsibilities.

Addresses concerns by researching problems and identifying resolutions, using basic troubleshooting skills.

High-risk drug-alcohol addicted adults and individuals with dual diagnosis.

Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days (fully remote work employees exempt)

Manage the selection, placement, development and performance of Addiction Counselors and interns.

Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge of services, processes and participation

Two or more years’ experience in the addiction field including 12 step facilitation

Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Provide addiction rehabilitation services to patients in need according to the Hazelden Betty Ford standards of care as needed.
