5+ years experience in supervision of new construction (ground up), hotel construction experience is preferred

Permitting/pole experience and production forecasting experience.

Salary: $40,000 - $75,000 based on experience

Approve all unitized completed aerial work done to Metronet’s standards Maintain understanding of our specifications, standard practices, and safety.

Monitor the approved budget for each of their assigned work orders.

Completes field serviceability and site survey requests including cost estimates.

Verify easements and assist in obtaining right-of-way agreements as applicable with system new build or rebuild projects.

May partner with design center, various sales associates, building owners, developers, local and state municipalities regarding projects.

Prepare and completes any necessary daily (DOCK), weekly/monthly and field operation reports.

Works with technical operations regarding system acceptance guidelines and associated paperwork.

Interacts with design center, various sales associates, building owners, and developers, local and state municipalities regarding projects.

Directly supervises Construction Department Managers, Supervisors, OSP Project Managers

Manages all building construction projects with time, cost, and quality objectives

Manages the prioritization and budget of construction projects to achieve the Company’s objectives

Manages all new SMB/MDU building construction projects with time, cost, and quality objectives

Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Ability to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple requests at once

Data entry document and project controls experience;

Material and Vendor equipment material management.

Electrical scope management, to include schedules and engineering interface.

Mechanical scope management, to include schedules and engineering interface.

Civil scope management, to include schedules and engineering interface.

2+ years of experience in electrical quality control inspection

Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duties and responsibilities of the position.

The Supervisor will communicate all equipment needs to their direct manager. This includes repair, maintenance and rental needs.

Consulting with direct manager before ordering or procuring new material

Experience working in telecommunications or utility construction

Proven leadership experience guiding employees to produce high quality results and teamwork

May be required to travel in state or overnight as necessary to meet business and job requirements.

Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines;

Verify that all existing underground and aerial facilities are correctly located per customer's requirements, city records, and field conditions;

Perform field evaluation of proposed projects and ensures alternative routing delivers the most cost-effective design for construction;

Ensure designs are in accordance with the customer's specifications and guidelines, and within the allocated budget;

Proficiently coordinate with State and/or local municipalities as well as with other utilities or departments;

Coordinate all customer implementation activities including site walk-throughs, hub and/or node placements, and subcontract labor;

Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines;
