Supervisor Inflight Crew Scheduling Jobs

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Crew Services Manager

Ensure policies, practices, and guidelines that are developed by the Crew Services Manager are implemented

4-year degree from an accredited university, or equivalent additional experience

Knowledge of quality management, program analysis skills and testing techniques

Ability to work and collaborate all levels of management and union groups

Collaborates with IT providing business requirements for Flight Attendant projects and implementation

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

5 years experience in a Crew Scheduling or Crew Resource environment

Knowledge of Pilot Collective Bargaining Agreement and other related documents

Experience working with a contract labor group and knowledge of the flight attendant JCBA

This job is a member of the Inflight Team within the Customer Experience Division.

Previous call center/contact center experience

Knowledge in SABRE, DECS and RES

Ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with manager and team members

Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization

Experience in Crew Management and in-depth knowledge of Crew Management Systems

Demonstrated outstanding project management, organizational, and time management skills

Serves a large and complex organization through supporting management leaders, individual contributors, and front-line team members

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Planning, Aeronautics or related area or equivalent experience/training

10 years of leadership experience managing cross-departmental teams

Advanced knowledge of AA Pilot and Flight Attendant collective bargaining agreements

Provides compliance assistance and guidance to ensure Inflight Crewmembers’ adherence to safety and regulatory requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

Three (3) years customer service, sales, or airline experience, OR one (1) year JetBlue CEX experience

One (1) year leadership or Supervision experience, preferably in the Airline industry

Knowledge of basic computer and electronic tablet devices

Able to work as a team to deliver the JetBlue Experience

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Manage department’s administrative functions, including daily schedule, scheduler sick leave, time off, and supply ordering.

3 years of airline, scheduling related experience.

Bachelor’s degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.

Strong interpersonal skills facilitating effective verbal and written communication.

Demonstrates strong critical decision making and situational judgment skills.
