Conducts observations of Overhead and Underground crews active work in various tasks for adherence to work and safety standards and procedures
Performs post-work observations of Overhead and Underground work to quality check the conditions of the work area
Documents findings from observations with a focus on deviations from standard work practices and expectations
Develops metrics to measure the improvement in quality and adherence to standard work procedures
