Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers

Lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and work assignments

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

Coordinates site visits and partners when appropriate for in-market sales managers (e.g., Account Executives and Senior Account Executives).

Partners with account/selling manager to develop creative aspects of site visit.

Provides expert knowledge on local destination (e.g., local attractions, events, etc.).

1 or more years of supervisory/management experience.

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.

Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and fellow management team members

Work closely with fellow managers and supervisors to develop them both personally and professionally

Maintain complete knowledge of all operations department policies/service procedures

Ensure that staffing level requirements are met when both minimum and maximum occupancy levels dictate.

Must be well organized and have excellent supervision, communication, and oversight skills

Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with manager and/or on-coming shift supervisor
