Provides routine support to special services offered by the school site such as student activities, special education, athletics, etc.

Assists with Health Services by offering oversight of ill students, rendering first aid, and monitoring schedules for medications.

Makes and receives phone calls and notes for student absences. Receives and relays messages to students and parents.

Issues and verifies student out-of-classroom and off campus passes.

May receive and distribute packets to substitute teachers to include directions, contact information, keys, and curriculum details.

Attends meetings and trainings required by the district.

This position ranges from $55,470 to $73,470 based on relevant education and experience.

Develop a general knowledge of the entire program’s K-5 curriculum and a very detailed knowledge of the courses for which responsible;

Highly qualified and certified to teach Elementary in California (appropriate to grade level responsibilities)
