They are responsible for ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that all employees are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures. They are also responsible for monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the restaurant is properly stocked. Additionally, Subway Assistant Managers are responsible for resolving customer complaints, handling cash and credit transactions, and ensuring that all employees are following safety and security procedures.
