Detailed Job Description The Subrogation Claims Specialist is responsible for researching, investigating, and negotiating claims related to subrogation. The specialist will review claims to determine the validity of the claim and the amount of money that can be recovered. The specialist will also review legal documents and other evidence to determine the best course of action for recovering the money. The specialist will then negotiate with the third party to reach a settlement agreement. The specialist will also be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, as well as communicating with attorneys and other parties involved in the claim. Job Skills Required
