Submarine Installation Specialist Jobs

Work with Production Manager to coordinate with Design and Sales for proper completion of projects.

Manage installation equipment, tools and supplies to ensure availability of supplies whenever needed.

Strong knowledge in handling self-adhesive vinyl and application on a variety of surfaces.

Experience with a large logistics and program management organization, including a military systems command

2+ years of experience with managing projects and teams of various sizes

Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

2+ years of experience with Navy Programs

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.

Act as liaison between customers and internal support channels to address any gaps in product management to improve overall customer experience

2-3 years in customer facing roles: Customer Service/ Product Management experience preferred

Strong planning and organizational skills, demonstrating ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

Prepare and clearly communicate installation project plans and timelines with reporting manager, and other team members assigned to projects.

Ability to work from home

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop high quality working relationships both internally and externally.

3+ years experience as a trim carpenter, cabinet installer, general carpenter, or similar

20 years of professional experience supporting submarine acquisition, maintenance, or operations

Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred: Recent experience with submarine shipbuilding and maintenance workforce trades

Preferred: Experience in command of a US Nuclear Submarine

Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills

Assess quality of sub-contracted installations and give feedback to management as needed

Must have knowledge and experience to take and record accurate measurements.
