Greet customer with a friendly smile

Ensure all vehicles on drive have disposable floor mats and seat covers.

Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

Respond to technicians and deliver vehicles to them in a prompt manner

Previous inbound / outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience (preferred)

Strong customer service skills including problem solving, listening, and communication (written and verbal)

Two years of experience in an auto repair facility

1+ year of call center experience and a high school diploma (or GED).

Automotive Service Writer Advisor Job Duties:

Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.

Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.

Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.

Previous experience working in luxury retail preferred
