Provides telephone and on-site crisis intervention/prevention and follow-up to clients and their families.

Two (2) years of experience working with or providing services to children and their families preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university required.-Must complete all Healthy Families America training components.

Must complete all AIMHI-TN components as required by the State.

Valid Tennessee Driver’s License required.

Establishes a trusting relationship with families by initiating and maintaining regular family contact.

Knowledge and experience working with diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups

BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Experience or degree in social work preferred

5 years experience working with diverse populations preferred

Advanced listening, communications and organization skills

Ability to respond to needs of families
