Student Care Coordinator Jobs

Experience (typically 1-3 years) providing comprehensive advocacy and crisis management

A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience

Experience (typically 1-3 years) working with distressed students within an educational institution; preferably in higher education setting

Demonstrated analytical skills and risk assessment skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize issues/concerns

Master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Development, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Manage content updates to digital resources/social media (if appropriately qualified we will train for this).

Rutgers undergraduate or graduate student with computer experience.

Organize & file department documents.

Assists with data collection, basic analysis, and preparation of reports with supervision.

Work Environment: Open office environment. Moderate noise and foot traffic

Web or Social Media resources

Overseeing the daily operations of the Cougar Cupboard Food Pantry including incoming and outgoing inventory, volunteer management, and the client experience.

One (1) year experience in Case Management, Social Work or Student Support Services.

Two (2) + years of experience in case management, social work, or student support services.

Master's Degree in social work, education, human services or related field OR equivalent combination of experience and education.

Helping students access stable housing, benefits and community assistance programs, and campus and community resources.

Providing consultation for campus community members seeking advice about services for students in need and aligning campus strategies across departments.
